Introduction: Respiratory Disease Registry
The Scientific Committee of the two thoracic societies has set up a system to report special respiratory diseases. The database is so named "Respiratory Diseases Registry". Members are delegated according to their special interest and responsible for the data collection. Report forms are available on the HONG KONG LUNG FOUNDATION Homepage (
www.hklf.org).
Please visit the page and download the respective forms (in portable document format [.pdf], while the Acrobat reader can be obtained without charge) for reporting whenever you encounter the cases. Reporting is a voluntary action and no detail demographic data ofthe patient is necessary.
