The Annual Scientific Meeting 2011 was held on March 27, 2011 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. The program started with a Clinical Update Symposium with Low dose CT in the screening of Lung Cancer and Obstructive sleep apnea and metabolic dysfunction, followed by two concurrent symposia, with one focused on Asthma and another one focused on Pulmonary Intervention for Allied Health. The mid-day program included two symposia on COPD, followed by an afternoon Infection symposium on antimicrobial resistance of mycoplasma pneumonia and laboratory diagnosis of tuberculosis. The meeting concluded with a Private Specialsit Symposium where interesting cases of acute respiratory failure, lung cancer and fungal infection were presented.
