2013
March: The Information Technology Subcommittee was combined with the Newsletter Subcommittee to form the Newsletter and Website Committee
April: The Website Working Group met for the first time at PYNEH
2010
March: Old issues of Newsletters archived on the website
May: Members of the Information Technology Subcommittee begin to convert materials from all issues of the Newsletter (since 1991) into electronic format and to upload them to the website in an easily searchable format.
2009
Dec: Overall structure of the website is mature. Old issues since 2005 are uploaded for display. Videos and photos display are feasbile.
July: Server ready for uploading of materials. Design of contents begins.
May: Decision to start the development of a Joint Website of Hong Kong Thoracic Society and American College of Chest Physicians (Hong Kong & Macau Chapter)
March: Suggestion to build a new website for all respiratory societies in Hong Kong
